Description

Solicitation No. N5560080024 has been issued. In accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition for Commercial Items- Services) and Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation), the National Park Service intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP). The work consists of furnishing all equipment, sufficient personnel for turf mowing, trimming, edging, and debris removal for the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historic Site, Atlanta, Georgia. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561730; the size standard is $6.5 million. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1) Organizational Experience - 25 percent, 2) Past Performance - 25 percent, and 3) Cost - 50 percent. The Government intends to evaluate and award a firm fixed price contract with Base Year and Four Options Years. A site meeting will be held at Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historic Site on November 6, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. EST.
