- This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source (Note 22) contract to CYTYC SURGICAL PRODUCTS, Palo Alto, CA 94303 for Hysterectomy Products such as the domestic Sterile Device NS-2000, SureSound 923001-01, a nd the medical carbon dioxcide RFC2000-CO2-10. These products will be ordered on a -as needed basis- for POP: 17 Oct 07 thru 30 Sep 08. This is not a set-aside for small business. This notice is an urgent requirement for the Ireland Army Community Hospital at Fort Knox, KY 40121. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above.
