- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is seeking a vendor to bid on the item listed below. Partial quotes will not be accepted. USAMRAA is seeking BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO: ORASURE HISTOFREEZER PORTABLE CRYOSURGICAL KIT W/ 60 2MM AND 5MM APPLICATORS (OraSure Part #H-60), Quantity = 198; Items are to be shipped to US Army Medical Materiel Center, Europe; Husterhoeh Kaserne Receiving Branch, Bldg 4171; 66953 Pirmasens, Germany. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. W81XWH-08-T-0008 is issued by USAMRAA, Ft Detrick, MD as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be acce pted). The solicitation document and incorporated Provisions and Clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-22. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The SIC Code is 5047; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423450; the FSC is 6515.
