Description

Modification to Pre-solicitation Notice. 1) Deletion: After Scope of Work Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) delete the words - or other similar facilities. 2) Addition: After the sentence - The Government reserves the right to award only the initial task. . . contract of this magnitude. - Add - The construction magnitude for the initial task will be $10 million to $25 million. 3) Deletion: Delete entire sentence - Once the contracts under this solicitation are awarded and there is du plicative coverage for this facility type in the same region, any requirement less than $15 million will be evaluated first for advertisement under any set-aside or pool of contracts prior. 4) Change of dates: Estimated solicitation issue date is changed to on or about 17 October 2007. Phase 1 Proposals are anticipated to be due on or about 26 November 2007. Note: POC and Contract Specialist is Barbara Biddens, Tel. 817-886-1065.
