Description

Modification to Pre-solicitation Notice. Where stated in the notice, change project title from Advanced Initiative Training (AIT) to Advanced Individual Training (AIT) & Basic Training (BT). 1) Deletion: After Scope of Work Unaccompanied Enlisted Per sonnel Housing (UEPH) delete the words - or other similar facilities. 2) Addition: After the sentence - The Government reserves the right to award only the initial task. . . contract of this magnitude. - Add - The construction magnitude for the initial t ask will be $25 million to $100 million. 3) Deletion: Delete entire sentence - Once the contracts under this solicitation are awarded and there is duplicative coverage for this facility type in the same region, any requirement less than $15 million will b e evaluated first for advertisement under any set-aside or pool of contracts prior. 4) Change of dates: Estimated solicitation issue date is changed to on or about 17 October 2007. Phase 1 Proposals are anticipated to be due on or about 26 November 2007. 5) Change the estimated duration for each contract award to an initial Base Period of 12 months with up to 4 Option Periods of 12 months each for a total not to exceed contract period of 60 months.
