Description

See note 22. Nonpersonal services and materials for the repair/upgrade and reassembly of VAROC 35 air dynamometers p/n 1378E027-8, S/N 85, 89, AND 96. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Concepts NREC due to existance of proprietary technical data. Solicitation to be issued on or about 30 October 2007. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This is a written solicitation. No telephonic inquiries.
