Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest for secured indoor parking that can provide the Government with 65 to 70 self-park type parking spaces (not valet type). The offered spaces must be located within the Borough of Brooklyn and be located within six (6) blocks of the Building located at 335 Adams Street, Brooklyn, New York. The proposed lease term is for a three (3) year period with mutual termination rights on 240 days notice. All responses received by COB on October 21, 2007 will be considered by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action, based upon responses to this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government.
