Description

This solicitation is for the procurement of price listed items and part numbered items manufactured by Oshkosh Truck Corporation. The intent is to award one contract for the entire price list. All NSNs are available for download under the ?Acquisition download? menu item on the ?DSCC Corporate Contract Solicitations?. Access is directly available by accessing the Worldwide Web at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp. The estimated solicitation issue date is 15 November 2007. The estimated closing date is 15 December 2007. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total extension shall not exceed 9 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contact with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). Approved sources include: Oshkosh Truck Corporation. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation.
