Description

VISN 7 Network Contracting Activity intent to solicit for require home oxygen service for approximately 300 entitled veterans who are located throughout the state of Georgia. Services will be for a base year with four one-year options for renewal. The successful contractor, all branch office and subcontractor must meet JCAHO standard and in good standing for equipment management and clinical respiratory services. The effective base year period is projected to be October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008. The NAICS code for this procurement is 532291. Evaluation factors will be Past Performance and Demonstrated Capability, Quality Assurance, Personnel Qualifications, Cost/Pricing. The relative importance of each factor is in descending order of precedence.
