- Electronic component, NSN 5998-01-400-1488, PR 0016399947, SPM7A5-08-R-0005. Northrop Grumman (97942) p/n 785R268G01,quantity 51 each, FOB origin to Tracy CA, delivery in 250 days. See Note 26. The solicitation, attachments, and any subsequent amendments will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date of 11/5/07. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) (1). Approved source is: Northrop Grumman. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
