- Description
- This is a Notice of Intent to Award a sole source procurement to Preston Sanitation, Inc. of Tunnelton, West Virginia for provision of solid waste disposal services at the federal prison facilities located in Bruceton Mills, West Virginia. This purchase will be procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is October 2007. This notice is not a request for offers, but interested vendors may submit a statement of capability via email to the address below, to make their interests known. Responses will be reviewed, but a determination not to compete this procurement is within the discretion of the Government.
