- Sealed bids from 8(a) competitive contract and will be opened to only eligible 8(a) firms located with Headquarters or bonafide offices in the Washington, DC area will be accepted for the George Washington Memorial Parkway Project PRA-GWMP 1A103, Solicitation Number DTFH71-08-B-00004, located in Fairfax County, Virginia. The project consists of the construction of a new parking area, reconfiguration of the Mount Vernon Circle, improvements to the pedestrian and bike trail, and other work within the Mount Vernon portion of the George Washington Memorial Parkway. The project is expected to fall within the price range of $2,000,000 to $5,000,000.
