Description

To provide lodging for the USAWC National Security Seminar to be held in the spring of 2008, 2009, and 2010. Exact dates will be listed in the RFP. Hotel must be located within the radius of 5 miles of Carlisle Barracks. Approximately 160 rooms ar e required for a 4 to 5 night period for each year. Exact number and types of rooms will be listed in the RFP. The due date listed herein for receipt of proposals is approximate and subject to change based on actual issuance date. This requirement is un restricted. Telephone request will not be honored. Email request must include contractor name and street mailing address. Request can be faxed to (717) 245-3053. Contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Y ou can register by calling (888) 227-2423 or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
