See numbered note 1. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed priced contract for these items. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). Solicitation date: O/A 22 October 2007, Closing date : O/A 29 October 2007. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
