- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation W81K02-08-R-0010 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The NAICS code for this procurement is 334510. The SIC code is 3845. The small business size standard is 500. The Pacific Regional Contracting Office at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii intends to award a contract for seven (7) pacemakers. The Government anticipates negotiating a sole source requirement with Medtronic Inc. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
