- The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to issue a solicitation restricted exclusively to HUBZone small business concerns for phase-out, phase-in and full Armed Guard and Security Services at SSA's existing Southeastern Program Service Center (SPESC) Building, 2001 12th Avenue North, Birmingham, Alabama 35285 location and SSA's newly constructed eight-story Birmingham Center located at 1200 8th Avenue North, Birmingham, Alabama 35285. The contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, qualified guard force personnel, materials, equipment, and transportation as required. Security clearances will be required in the performance of this work.
