Description: This is a pre-solicitation notification. Ellsworth Air Force Base will be soliciting for a publishing contractor to produce our base guide and directory. The guide will be made at no cost to the government and the contractor will be allowed to sell advertising to local vendors. The solicitation will be posted on or about 26 October 2007.
