Description
RD07239001/ BSM IQC07267009028 . This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN. This LTC will consist of the following NSN: 1670-00-555-6437, Deployment Bag, Parachute, manufactured IAW with SA-ALC Drawing 57J6021 Rev ?J?, and applicable supports. The following exception applies: (A) Use MIL-I-6903 (Color Black) in lieu of TT-I-542 for marking ink. Configuration Control Applies. Surge Requirements Do Apply. This item is also a QPL (Qualified Product List) item. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years with an estimated annual demand quantity of 502 each per base year and 502 each for the option years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. This is a Life Support Equipment item. Required delivery is 366 days ARO or best offer including Textile Samples required 90 days ARO, First Article Testing by Government Required 90 days ARO, and Government Testing and Evaluation 90 days after receipt of Textile and First Article. FOB Destination. DESTINATION Inspection and Acceptance at ORIGIN is required. Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Full and open competition, more than one approved source. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
