Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Title: Hotel Lodging for LETC Students Solicitation No.: VA256-08-RP-0029 NAICS Code: 721110 Size Standard: $6.5 million The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) will issue a solicitation for lodging facilities to provide lodging for students attending classes at the CAVHS Law Enforcement Training Center (LETC) in North Little Rock, AR. The hotel must be within a five (5) mile radius of the LETC, provide individual/private sleeping rooms with bathrooms, telephone service in each room to include free local calls, laundry facility on the premises, and parking available at no charge. The agreement will be for a base period with two one-year options periods. Approximately 35 rooms for 14 nights will be needed for each class session. There will be 8 class sessions throughout the year. Interested parties must identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement within five days of this announcement.
