Description: Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Iron Mountain, Michigan will issue a solicitation for lodging facilities for a HOPTEL program. NAICS Code is 721110; Business Size Standard is $6.5 Million. The hotel/motel providing the services must be located within a 4-5 miles radius of the VAMC. Contractor will make available, to the VAMC, approximately 13 rooms per night. These rooms would be available each night Sunday through Thursday. On occasion, there may be a need for rooms on Friday or Saturday nights. There will be one-year base period and one (1) one-year option period. Proposals are due at Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 5000 W. National Ave., Building 5, Milwaukee, WI 53295 by Close of Business (4:30 p.m. CST) on November 21, 2007.
