- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in-*9+ accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constit utes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number for this effort is W912ES-08-T-0002 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The provisio ns and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect at the time of publication. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal A cquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the Internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ (iv) This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 33 4519 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. (v) This requirement consists of Line Item 0001 Auto Piezometers supplies and materials; Procurement of Vibrating Wire Transducers and Single Channel Dataloggers for the Devils Lake Levee Monitor ing. There will be a total of Line Item 0001 thru Line Item 0007. See Scope of Work. (vi) The parts and quantities shall meet the specifications of the Scope of Work (SOW) for the Vibrating Wire Transducers and Single Channel Dataloggers for the Devil s Lake Levee monitoring. The Contractor must quote the unit price times quantity = total for each item listed under Specifications for Vibrating Wire Transducers and under Specifications for Single Channel Dataloggers in the SOW. The total number of line items for all items listed under Specifications is seven (7). If you have a line item for Shipping there will be a total of eight (8) line items on your quote. (vii) Deliverables and acceptance of deliverables will be FOB Destination.
