Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The following constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested for the purposes stated below. A written solicitation will not be issued. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. The Government is contemplating award of a contract to ROCHE DIAGNOSTICS, 9115 Hague Roa d, Indianapolis, IN 46250. All interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. However, this Notice of Intent is not, a request for competitive proposals. Nevertheless, all proposals rece ived within forty-five (45) days (thirty (30) days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this notification will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
