Description
Request for Information (RFI)/ Sources Sought inquiry into your organizations interest in providing emergent prescription drug services for Veterans being treated at VA Community Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). The VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS ), Denver, CO and VISN 19 Rocky Mountain Network Contracting Office contemplates an award of a Indefinite Quantity Contract (Firm Fixed Price) to provide community prescription services for emergent medication for patients being treated at VA Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in 6 states (Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Idaho, Utah and Montana). Dependant upon responses, the proposed contract award priority shall be to Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses then Small Businesses. The period of performance for this contract will be one year, with additional four-one year option periods. The contract base year is estimated to begin January /February 2008. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide these services. The contractor must have a minimum of one pharmacy within a 10-mile radius of each CBOC. Exceptions to the availability or distance requirement may be made by mutual agreement of the VA and the contractor. The contractor must also have a current license for each state. Again, this is only an inquiry, no quote or proposal is requested at this time.
