Description

The Directorate of Contracting, Presidio of Monterey, CA is soliciting for a single contractor to provide Foreign Language Books and Instructional Training Materials. Request for Proposal No. W9124N-08-R-0001 applies. The requirement will include a b ase period (2 Jan 2008 - 30 Sep 2008) and four (4) one-year option periods. Tentative release date is 26 Oct 2007. Tentative closing Date is 14 Nov 2007. NAICS Code is 424920. Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees. This solicitation is 100% Set-asi de for Small Business in accordance with FAR Part 19. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price ID/IQ Contract (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity). The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. Award will be based on Best Value Tra de-off process. Technical Factor is equal to Past Performance, and when combined, these factors are equal to Price.
