Description

Job Order Contract. Contractor shall perform all minor construction, alterations and repair of real property, as ordered. Contractor will respond to request for proposal with Coefficient prices. The Coefficient shall be applied to all applicable I tems of Work listed in the JOC Unit Price Book. NOTE: The coefficient amount multiplied by number of units and unit prices, to be determined on a task order basis, not to exceed contract maximum. Period of performance - one year from date of award with 4 one-year option periods. This request for proposal, W911KF-08-R-0001, is issued as a 100% 8(a) competitive set-aside. North American Industry Classification System Code is 236210, size standard is $31,000,000. This solicitation will be issued electroni cally in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102 and 14.205; therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by access ing the following address via the Internet: www.fedbizopps.gov or http://www.procnet.anad.army.mil (Doing Business with Us). Estimated issue date is 26 Nov 07. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
