Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the U.S. Department of Treasury, is leasing approximately 26,530 rentable square feet of office and related space in Southwest Washington, DC for a term of five years, beginning January 1, 2008 in accordance with FAR 6.302. This is not a request for proposal, and no solicitation for offers will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed lease contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
