- Description
- The U.S. Department of Energy’s National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) in Morgantown, West Virginia, is publishing this Synopsis/Solicitation (request for price quotation) in accordance with FAR 5.203 (publicizing contract actions) and FAR 13.105. (simplified acquisitions) and FAR 12.603 (solicitation for commercial items). This Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ) is to request a price quotation for the purchase of Swagelok Fittings, brand name required. This purchase will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Purchase Order for one year beginning August 1, 2007 through July 31, 2008. Attachment A: Swagelok Fittings Item List – Excel format, when pricing items, vendor will type in the pricing, do not hand-write the prices on the spreadsheet provided. Attachment B: Pertinent clauses that apply to all offerors submitting a price quotation, PDF format. Attachment C: Pertinent clause 52.212-5, PDF format. Attachment D: Fax cover sheet for all quotations, information requested on form must be submitted by all offerors whether faxed or emailed this form must be included with your bid, PDF format.
