- ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO RHONDA CLEMONS. You may fax or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-AL-B, Rhonda Clemons, Contract Specialist, or Garry Biller, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-9 55-8601. No telephone requests will be accepted. PRON: AX8F0022, NSN: 1615-01-546-1148, PN: 70150-09200-041, Quantity: 100 each plus one 100% option year applicable to the UH-60 Blackhawk. FOB Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery wi th First Article Testing is 10 each, 540 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 10 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 348 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 10 each 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 10 per month thereafter until contract completion. This is a Critical Safety Item. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code 78286 because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from add itional source(s) is not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award . Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ a nd looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
