Description

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific, Acquisition Department (ACQ21) intends to negotiate a purchase order on a sole source basis (as prescribed in FAR Part 6.302-1) to Progressive Communications, LLC, 518 Holokahana Lane, Honolulu, HI 96817-3013. Use of full and open competition is precluded as a result of the Government?s one-year upgraded software warranty with Progressive, which will expire on 18 July 2008. Award to a company other than Progressive Communications, LLC would void the one-year warranty. The requirement is for the repair and maintenance of the PBX Mitel SX-2000 Telephone System located at Building 258, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The Government anticipates awarding a Fixed-Price type contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334113. The applicable size standard is 1,000 employees. This notice of intent is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), nor is an RFP available.
