Description

The U.S. Department of State, Regional Procurement Support Office and the Narcotics Affairs Office, Colombia are seeking qualified offerors for the NAS Colombia Internet Project to be located at 25 remote locations throughout Colombia. The Government intends to conduct a performance-based acquisition for this project and therefore will provide potential sources with a solicitation that includes a statement of objectives. The reason for this approach is to provide the contractor with maximum flexibility to conceive and propose innovative approaches and solutions, leading to award of a performance-based contract and successful implementation of the new system. Contractors shall submit a performance work statement with their quotations in response to this solicitation, describe how the work will be performed, including all proposed hardware, and activate the required service within the shortest feasible time frame.
 

Place of Performance

Address: Contractor will supply all materials & deliver to Consolidated Receiving Point in Miami, FL. Upon delivery into Colombia the Ktr. will install materials at 25 remote locations and perform operational acceptance test for the system.
