This is the first part of additional future solicitation(s) which will be posted as funds are made available. Future requirements will be similar in such manner that they compliment this requirement. Office diagram available via email listed below (vii)FOB destination: delivery and installation to Fort Richardson, Alaska by January 25, 2008. (viii)The following provisions apply to this acquisition, FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors--Commercial (JAN 2006) (ix)FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and ot her factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price, technical capability, availability, delivery date and past performance. Technical requirements and Delivery schedule when combined are more important than price Technical Factors 1. Maximize space utilization for office layout to include desk surface area, storage space, cabinet space and efficiency of layout. 2. The minimum warranty period for all items shall be 10 years 3. The furniture needs to match the color, finish, style of the Commanding Generals Existing Furniture (see attached photo) 4. The furniture needs to have a system in place to manage and keep out of sight the electrical, computer, phone and peripheral lines/cords. 5. The VTC Conference table needs to have four unique design layouts that can be quickly reconfigured to meet specific requirements (the design layouts diagram available via email listed below).
