- Provide all supervision, plant, labor, equipment, materials and appliances necessary to perform all work in connection with the fabrication and installation of entrance gate signs on Fort Drum in strict accordance with the statement of work, specific ations, and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This Request For Quote (RFQ) will be issued as a Simplified Acquisition under FAR Part 13. The contract type shall be Firm Fixed Price Construction . This will be a 100 perce nt Set-Aside for small business concerns, pursuant to the requirements of FAR Subpart 19.502.2 small business set-aside procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339950. This procurement is estimated to be between $25, 000 and $100,000. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about November 13, 2007. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered. The solicitation will not be mailed out and no Bidders Mailing List (BML) will be maintaine d. The entire RFQ package will be available from the Fed Biz Opps web page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov No hard copies will be provided. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. All s ources wishing to offer are required to monitor the Fed Biz Opps web page for any/all amendments to the RFQ. Failure to respond to any amendment may render the offer to be considered as non-responsive and thereby rejected.
