Description

This sources sought notice is set aside for small businesses only. Interested parties should submit past performance and capability statements for a similarly manufactured garment and quantities to Patti Fay-Crosbie, Directorate of Contracting, 681 H ardee Place, West Point, NY 10996-1514 or by e-mail to Patti.Fay-Crosbie@usma.edu. Please include your business standard. The United States Military Academy (USMA) is looking for a contractor to manufacture and provide cadet raincoats. The manufacturing must take place within the United States. The Contractor shall provide approximately 1,594 Raincoats made of coated fabric varying in sizes (chest size from 30 to 52 inches; and length from 42 to 62 inches), 2,000 Rain Cap Covers made of clear plastic material with elastic, and 1,000 Nylon Pouches. The raincoats are to be manufactered in accordance with Product Description N umber 349B Dated October 16, 1998. Deviation for Raincoats dated February 1, 2002, September 4, 2002, and September 26, 2002. Revision to Specifications dated June 22, 1992 and Changes to USMA Patterns approved and adopted on June 9, 2003.
