Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is seeking a vendor to bid on all 26 items listed below. Partial quotes will not be accpeted. USAMRAA is seeking BRAND NAM E OR EQUAL TO the following: AMERICAN ORTHODONTIC PART#390-3008MB, QTY=250; BRACKET LOWER RIGHT LATERAL DB, AMERICAN ORTHODONTIC PART#390-3008MB, QTY=250; BLOOD TYPING CARD FOR IMMEDIATE TESTING CARD HAS ABD WELLS, AKERS PART #4-008025, QTY=20; CABINET MED ICAL DOUBLE DOOR WITH BASE AND NARCOTIC SAFE, TRISTAR METALS 700-25; QTY=2; AUTOCLAVE PELTON CRANE DELTA XL10-10in CHAMBER 230V, PART# 04479510/044795, QTY=5; BAG MEDICAL AID M-9 CT, PART# TSS-M-9-CT, QTY=35. Items are to be shipped direct to Pirmasens, Germany 66953. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. W81XWH-08-T-0026 is issued by USAMRAA, Ft Detrick, MD as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted). The solicitation document and inc orporated Provisions and Clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-22. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The SIC Code is 5047; the North American Indust ry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423450; the FSC 6515.
