- Description
- This requirement is for a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Hawker CYCLON X-Cells and Hawker CYCLON BC-Cells, with a $2,500 minimum order value and $75,000 maximum order value per any given quarter (3-month period). Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration database. A Brand Name Only, Firm-Fixed-Price contract is anticipated. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination. The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer is the best value to the Government considering past performance (most important) and price related factors. The solicitation will be available on or about 30 October 2007 at the following address: http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the Crane web site, FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. ?No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed?. Submitting a bid from the NECO website by clicking on ?Submit Bid? does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format.
