- Description
- The purpose of this modification is to answer the following questions and extends the response date to 2 November 2007: 1. Will the Wireless Access Point antenna be mounted inside or outside the shelter/TOC? The wireless access point will be located outside the LBCS trailer and inside a portable tent. 2. What is intended to be connected to the Network Switch besides NetCom-v and the cable from the trailer? A Network Switch will be needed in the TOC for passing LBCS data to include video products and other data for TOC consumption. 3. Will the "copper to fiber converter" in the TOC be provided? Any required "copper to fiber" converters will be supplied by the government. 4. What is the cable count from the block diagram? It is requested that the vendor specify the cable set required to install their equipment. The list provided was an estimate based on engineering judgment and may not have been correct or complete. 5. Is the vendor required to provide Crew Station and loudspeaker mounting brackets? The vendor should supply crew station and loud speaker mounting brackets. 6. Are there any special cable routing requirements (lengths) in the trailer and/or TOC where any particular cable would exceed 15 feet? It will be acceptable for the vendor to assume 15 feet as the maximum length.
