- NAVSEA Indian Head Division?s Earle, New Jersey Detachment (Naval PHST Center) has a requirement for the fabrication of 200 each Silicone Rubber Protective Covers (AIM-120 Radome), to protect the AIM-120/ AMRAAM Missile. The Technical drawing will be provided at the time of the issuance of the RFQ. This requirement is set aside for small business. The small business size standard for this procurement is 500 employees, with a NAICS code of 326299, and an FSC code of 9320. If you wish to receive notification of the RFQ?s posting, you must e-mail the following information directly to Amanda Bray at amanda.bray@navy.mil. Type ?Request for Quotation ?, and the RFQ# in the subject line, and include name of POC, organization name, address, telephone, fax number, and your e-mail address in the body of your e-mail. Use your e-mail read notification to confirm the Purchasing Agent?s receipt of your request. The government is not responisible for any undelivered e-mail tran smissions. It is the requestor?s responsibility to periodically check the IHDIV Contracts Division website for current status of the RFQ, and any amendments. Once the RFQ has been issued on the internet, the Purchasing Agent will send an e-mail message to the requestors, informing them that the RFQ is now available for download off the internet. Copies of the issued RFQ can only be obtained by downloading it from the IHDIV Contracts Division website at http://www.ih.navy.mil/working_with_us/procurement/procurement.asp . Copies of the RFQ will not be e-mailed, faxed, mailed, or provided in person. These types of requests WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED. NAVSEA, IHDIV shall not receive, or accept any form of electronic proposals as a result of this RFQ. In responding to any RFQ, you must fill it out fully, or your proposal will not be considered. You may fax your quote to 301-744-6546, or mail it to the address provided above to my attn., at Bldg. 1558. All offerors will be ineligi ble for award, unless they have registered in the DOD?s Central Contra ctor Registration database (CCR). The web address is www.ccr.gov. All quotes are subject to FAR clause 52.215-1, Instruction to Offerors Competitive Acquisition (OCT 1997). The approximate issuance date for this RFQ is 14 November, 2007.
