Description: The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with SoftBase Systems, Inc. of 1200 Ridgefield Blvd. Suite 290 Asheville NC USA 28806, under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1); FAR 6.302-1. This action will allow SSA to continue licensing and maintenance support of TestBase software which is currently installed on System 81 (LPAR 51 only) in the National Computer Center (NCC) at a rating of 1600 MIPS. The TestBase software may be installed a second site for co processing purposes.
