- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. The attached solicitation, 07EOMHA000008R, is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This requirement is a Total Small Busness set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 Software Publishers. You are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements set forth in the solicitation. Please read the attached solicitation carefully. Propective Offerors are requested to submit all questions in writing to Cari.Converse@psc.gov no later than 2:00 pm EST on Thursday, September 6, 2007. You must reference RFP number 07EOMHA000008R.
