Description

The National Park Service, Everglades National Park, is in need of 87 Octane Unleaded Fuel and 100LL Aviation Fuel to be delivered to multiple locations throughout Southeast Florida. Contractors may bid on any or all of the locations. Note that multiple awards may result from this solicitation. The National Park Service intends to award a Fixed-price requirements contract with economic price adjustments, as a result of this solicitation. This solicitation will be issued electronically, on the Department of Interior's National Business Center (NBC) web site, at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available. Prospective offerors desiring to conduct business with DOI are requested to register at the National Business Center. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guarantee notification. Subscribers to this service are ultimately responsible for reviewing http: //ideasec.nbc.gov site for all information relevant to this solicitation. Plan holders will be required to visit this website periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the contract documents. No other notifications will be sent. Proposed issue date is November 15, 2007. The initial delivery period is from the date of award through September 30, 2008, with 4 additional option years. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business under NAICS Code 424720 with a size standard of 100 employees.
