- This requirement is for the procurement of 467 various configurations of Globe, Check, Stop-Check and Angle Valves manufactured IAW NAVSEA drawings 803-1385712 Rev L, 803-6397247 Rev F, 803-1385711 Rev K, 803-1385541 Rev K, 803-1385637 Rev L, 803 1385721 Rev W, 803-2177525 Rev P, 803-2177934 Rev K and 803-4384536 Rev L. The resultant award(s) will be firm fixed price IDIQ contract(s) for One (1) Base Year and Four (4) Option Years. This requirement is part of the Hull, Mechanical, & Electrical (HM&E) Program. It will allow for DOD activities and Commercial Shipbuilders under Navy Construction and Maintainence Contracts to order from the resultant contract. Proposal evaluations will include Best Value Factors of Past Performance (Quality and Delivery) and Price. Portions of the requirement have been set-aside for HUBZone Busionesses and Small Businesses. Other portions are solicited oin an Unrestricted basis. These valves are currently managed by Dfense Supply Ce nter Columbus (DSCC) A Bidder's Conference is scheduled for Wednesday November 28, 2007 from 1:00 o'clock to 4:00 o'clock at the Navy Inventory Control Point Mechanicsburg, Building 14, Speical Events Forum.
