- Description
- The U.S. Coast Guard, Maintenance & Logistics Command, Pacific (vpl) proposes a contract to provide labor and equipment to replace the lower crankshaft ring gear for NR1 MDE for the CGC SHERMAN. The work will be performed at the cutter's home moorage Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA. The performance period will begin on 18 June 2007 and end 31 August 2007. All potential small business set-aside firms are advised that the Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 23 April 2007. All potential total small business set-aside bidders are advised that the solicitation, specifications and other notifications can be accessed on the web at www.fedbizopps.gov.
