- VA-261-08-RP-0032 Due: Nov. 27, 2007 Request for Proposal (RFP) - Air Flow Monitors. Installation, test and calibration of 103 air flow monitors at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System to include associated facilities. Deinstallation of any existing monitors to be included. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a contract for the aforementioned items, acquisition to be accomplished by the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. Contractor to provide all labor, supplies, management and general expertise necessary to fulfill requirements. These units will be utilized by Pharmacy, Research and Lab Services. These fume hood attached units are to meet new environmental codes for more accurate measurement with continued usage. The new codes are effective Jan. 1, 2008 and the units must be installed prior to this date. NAICS Code of 333319, size standard of 500 employees applies. Product Service code of 6680 applies. The actual solicitation should be posted on or about November 9, 2007. This is expected to be a one time contract. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. Contractor is responsible for submitting all documents required in accordance with the solicitation, including any amendments which will be posted on this website. Solicitation is also subject to availability of funding. Proposals shall be submitted on an all or nothing basis. Partial proposals will be rejected. Proposal shall be valid for 60 days from offer due date.
