Description: A One-Time Waiver (OTW) has been granted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC) for items and contracts contained in SAC's OTW request. This action is taken under authority delegated to the Director, Defense Contract Management Agency, for broad-based Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and OTW requests. The OTW is effective November 6, 2007, and applies to non-compliant specialty metals incorporated into items produced, manufactured or assembled in the United States prior to October 17, 2006 and where final acceptance takes place after that date, but before September 30, 2010.
