- NSN IS (4720-01-163-1090). ESTIMATED YEARLY QUANTITY IS (687). UNIT OF ISSUE IS (EA). CODE AND PART NUMBER ITEM: OSHKOSH TRUCK CORP (45152) P/N 2AN44; KOVATCH CORP (59556) P/N 005078t; KOVATCH CORP (59556) P/N 019-00001-258; MTU DETROIT DIESEL (72582) P/N 8923538. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Subject requirement is for acquisition of one (1) National Stock Number (NSN) item for various end items. Requirement includes an item within the 4720 Federal Supply Class (FSC). See note 26. Solicitation will result in award of Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) contract for which delivery orders may be placed for three (3) years. Solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on November 6, 2007 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. Scope of this solicitation includes acquisition of a 1R code and part number item. AMSC code indicates that the data or the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources are not owned by the Government and it has been determined that it is uneconomical to purchase them. Delivery will be FOB Destination. Solicitation contains an option to extend the contract period two (2) times at the discretion of the Government. Total duration (base year plus two (2) option years) shall not exceed three (3) years. Final award decision will be based on evaluation of price, delivery and past performance. This solicitation will be issued as UNRESTRICTED.
