- PR Number: 0013805705 Nomenclature: LOCK SET MORTISE. NSN 5340-01-242-0488. The solicitation will be for a quantity of 2,000 each. Only two sources have been approved for this procurement; KABA-ILCO CORP. (0RRE0) P/N 1031-26D-41 and MCMASTER-CARR SUPPLY COMPANY INC. (39428) P/N 8114A21. This procurement will be unrestricted. Delivery schedule will be in 60 days ADO. Solicitation will include An Option for Increased Quantity with a maximum provision of 100% or 2,000 each. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR 13.5 (Commercial procedures; Firm Fixed Price award). Offers will be evaluated for past performance using the Automated Best Value System (ABVS). Past performance evaluation factor will be considered essentially equal to the price evaluation factor. Solicitation is expected to open during the month of December and close 30 days after. Copies of the solicitation will be available on the DLA Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) website; http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil .Interested parties will be able to obtain and view all necessary information to respond to the solicitation.
