- PR 0015272774, NSN 1560-00-076-7296, Bell Helicopters Cage 97499. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Quantity is 13 each w/100% option, FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin , delivery 341 days ARO. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in commercial sector. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Order Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized. However, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contactor Registration (CCR). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Automated Best Value System (ABVS). The solicitation issue date is on or about November 21, 2007. The anticipated award date is December 31, 2007.
