- Description
- The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is interested in leasing approximately 2,775 square feet of net usable office space in Colorado Springs, CO. Occupancy of the leased space is required by September 28, 2007. The space must be first class space, conform to Government specifications, be within the city limits of Colorado Springs, CO, east of Academy Boulevard and within 1 mile north or south of Highway 24, and be fully serviced. The space must be contiguous with parking available for 15 vehicles and provide parking for large trucks, horse trailers, etc. The space must be handicapped accessible. Solicitation will be posted on November 6, 2007.
