- This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 04 December 2007. Solicitation number FA4600-08-R-0004 is being issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 515210, and the small business size standard is $13.5 Million. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for the following service: Cable Television Service IAW the Performance Work Statement on Offutt AFB, NE. Please reference solicitation # FA4600-08-R-0004 on all correspondence. A mandatory site visit will conducted on 04 January 2008. Offerors must attend or their proposal will be deemed unresponsive. Quotes must be valid for 30 days after the date that the quotes are due. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations.
