- DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial repair services of items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is available by request. This solicitation number FA8519-07-Q-16412 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and will result in a Firm Fixed price REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT consisting of one base year and four one year options. This is a full and open competition. Award will be made on an all or none basis. Award date is expected to be not later than 2 January 2008. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-19 17 Sep 2007, FAC 2005-20 6 Sep2007 & Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The NAICS Code assigned to this project is 336413, the size standard for a small business is 1000 employees. The requirement is for a quote in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
